You choose the plan that best fit your needs. It can be by the number of teammates or storage for uploads. Then your account is created and you start using the service. 30 days after that we’ll start charging once per month the value of the plan you’ve chosen for as long as you stay with us. It’s that simple. What if I want to change my account’s plan? Sure. You can change your mind about your current plan whenever you need. The owner of the account can upgrade or downgrade anytime. No extra fees. No questions asked. Do I have to pay per-user? No. Every plan you see above is all inclusive. They will make you able to use the account with as many teammates as your plan allows. I’ll be charged a fixed value per month? Yes, accordingly to your current plan. Nevertheless, the exact value for all non-brazilian currencies will depend on your bank’s exchange rates in the exact moment your account is charged. And that will happen, periodically, once per month. What types of payments do you accept? For technical reasons, we only accept: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We don’t accept PayPal. We don’t accept P.O.’s nor phone orders and we don’t take checks. We really hope this isn’t a problem for you. | Please note that prices are an estimation (source: Google). The exact value depends on your bank’s exchange rates at the time of every transaction. What do you mean by free trial? It means that when you subscribe to any paid plan, the first 30 days are free like grátis. We won’t charge you anything in that period. And if you cancel your account before the last day of the trial, you won’t be billed at all. When do I get the 30-day free trial? You get it by subscribing to one of the paid plans for the first time. When you do that, your first 30 days are on us. Do I get the 30-day free trial on plan upgrades? Our free trial happens when you chose a paid plan for the first time only. So nope. We can’t do that on upgrades, sorry. Do I have to agree on a contract?
